Some of these pit bull attacks were from the family dog that was well trained and had never shown signs of aggression before. The only common in these severe and often fatal attacks is not abuse or lack of training it is breed. Choose the breed of dog you trust the lives of your loved ones with wisely.MrBurleyfish . Dennis Baker • in 4 days First you say "some'' then "the only common"......so which one is it some or only ? Any time someone does research they have a reason in mind and of course they are going to mold there finding to there own reasoning . I still believe 99% percent of the time it is the owner .Along with that pit bulls are a very popular breed so the number's will be higher .The dog and owner should not be outcast euthanized or separated because of the poor training by others . Yet there should be forms of control, training and licensing as to who can own them and other aggressive breeds.Maybe even having to carry insurance as to weed out those not worthy of such devotion that is required with this animal.Bill Justice Cryspel MrBurleyfish . • in 5 days The only way to prevent this from happening is to rid our Societies of such beasts. Too many are attacking unprovoked and causing serious bodily injury and death. Well over half of the attacks by (pit bulls) were by family loved pit bulls. If over 3,500 serious attacks aren't enough for alarm then some of you who think differently are also the problem. These mutants can not be trained to not attck anyone, it is in their genetics to do what they were bred to do, and believe me no matter how much love or training you give one, if it decides to get aggressive, it will.
heagoodboy • in 4 days LOL, look at Walter Brimley trying to remove the dog "gently" so he doesn't harm it while it's ripping that woman's flesh off. What a true display of gallantry!
[/sarcasm]Mary • in 4 days Can any of us stop a pit bull once it attacks? Watch its persistence, determination, relentless pursuit. This isn't a defense bite, this isn't a fear bite, this isn't the result of a bad owner. This is pit bull genetics in action, like watching a retriever chasing a ball repeatedly, happily, genetically. Oh, to the commentator who thought a chicken had been killed, that is the woman's blood. This is a typical Pit bull attack. Learn, look, listen, arm yourself, euthanize your pit, demand breed specific laws, demand CDC keep breed statistics, demand pictures of the attacking dog and injuries in every dog bite report. This poor woman.Paul Phillips Mary • in 5 days Very very well spoken. Thank you Mary For caring to say the truth. And not siding with the gripper.

Paul Phillips • in 5 days The reality of Pit Bulls folks.. Watch that video real closely. That's a dangerous breed that mauls with the intent to KILL. PLEASE KEEP PIT BULLS FAR AWAY FROM children, ADULTS, AND ALL OTHER ANIMALS.Nate • in 4 days The sheer stupidity of assuming ALL this blood didn't belong to the woman. Chicken??!?? WTF! I didn't hear any clucking, etc. These animals obviously severed an artery or moreKaren Richardson Preston • in 4 days It looks like they killed an animal in the garage first. Maybe a chicken or something. Then the smell attracted the dogs and that poor lady. I would have beat my dog to death. He didn't try very hard.Karen Karen Richardson Preston • in 4 days The blood is likely from the woman - did you see her shredded arm?!Paul Phillips Karen Richardson Preston • in 4 days Uh NO excuses.
